怎么联系我们
打开 App，依次点击：
设置 → 反馈与支持 → 发送反馈
选好类别，写清楚你遇到的情况，如果希望收到回复，请留下一个联系邮箱。提交成功后会给你一个收据编号（例如「已发送（#12）」），请保留这个编号——以后如果需要跟进或者要求删除这条反馈，提到这个编号能帮我们更快找到它。

为什么 App 要请求麦克风权限？
练习和复盘功能需要录下你的回答，才能做语音识别和后续分析。这个权限只在你录音时使用，可以随时在系统「设置」里关闭。
为什么 AI 教练功能不可用？
AI 教练依赖 Apple 智能，需要一台支持 Apple 智能的设备、开启了相应的系统设置，并且系统版本满足要求。不满足条件时，App 会退回到不需要 AI 的功能，练习和复盘仍然可以正常使用。
我的数据存在哪里？
录音和逐字稿留在你的设备上。只有你主动发送的反馈内容会离开设备，保存在我们的服务器上——具体请见隐私政策。
怎么删除我的数据？
删除 App 会同时删除设备上保存的所有录音、逐字稿和本地统计数据。如果你之前发送过反馈，想让我们也删除服务器上的那条记录，请通过反馈功能告诉我们收据编号。
Support
Songlet doesn't have a separate support inbox — every support request goes through the in-app feedback feature, so we see your question together with the context we need (like which version you were on).
How to reach us
Open the app and go to:
Settings → Feedback & Support → Send Feedback
Pick a category, describe what happened, and add a contact email if you'd like a reply. Once it's sent you'll get a receipt number (something like "Sent (#12)") — keep it. If you ever need to follow up or ask us to delete that feedback, mentioning the number helps us find it quickly.
FAQ
Why does the app ask for microphone access?
Practice and rehearsal need to record your answer so it can be transcribed and analysed. This permission is only used while you're recording, and you can turn it off any time in the system Settings app.
Why is the AI coach unavailable?
The AI coach depends on Apple Intelligence, which needs a supported device, the right system setting turned on, and a compatible iOS version. When those aren't met, the app falls back to the features that don't need AI — practice and rehearsal keep working either way.
Where does my data live?
Recordings and transcripts stay on your device. Only feedback you actively send leaves the device and is stored on our server — see the privacy policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app deletes every recording, transcript and local statistic stored on your device. If you'd previously sent feedback and want that server-side record deleted too, tell us the receipt number through the feedback feature.
